Shipping Policy

How long does it take to process an order?

Please allow 1 – 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation for your order to be processed for shipping.  We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.  

What about shipping? 

If you have provided an email address please check your spam folder for notifications. We will be shipping no less than twice a week. Shipping times depend on your location. If you live down the road from us in Baraboo, WI, you will get it faster than if you live in Hawaii. The USPS site quotes, but does not guarantee, 1 – 3 business days for First-Class Mail delivery.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer flat rate shipping (free shipping on orders over $250.00) on domestic shipments only. Please contact us for international shipment rates.
